The neighbors of all this property are on the south the lots of the sons of Sekonopis, son of Apalous, and in part the temple of Hermouthis, on the north the vacant lots of the sons of Lysimachos, son of Didymos, and in part those of Marepsemis, son of Paopis, and in part our entrance and exit,on the west the royal road, on the east the courtyard of Sigeris, [son of Paopis], and in part[ the . . . of Mares, son of Marepsemis. And I have received from Didymos] the entire price, [in full, at once, from hand to hand, out of the house, and I guarantee it from] all [public debts and every impost, and from private encumbrances.
