[- - -] derelict [land beside] the great canal, [in order to] plant a [parcel of it amounting to 20 arourai, on condition that we shall pay, [as soon as] it bears fruit, from every kind of crop 1/6th to the (goddess) Philadelphos and to the king [a ground tax] of 16 drachmai 4 obols in silver.
