(Translation from P. L. Bat. 19) [1] What Peteamenophis, son of N.N., has paid to the bank for the dyke-money [2] of year 2: 1 stater, (1) kite (and) 4 obols, with an extra charge at the rate of 2,5 obols (per stater). Written in year 3 [3] of Gaius (l.p.h.) Caesar (l.p.h.) [4] who is august, Germanicus (l.p.h.) [5] the august month, day 13. Signed, Pikos son of Kephalos.
